For all the reasons including forgetfulness you described in your recent post I have not hit the record button on Strava once.

So afraid my walks and bike rides change due to sharing them on social media. Not to mention I’m old/old school. Bad enough that I’ve gotten semi-addicted to checking the Health app that came with my phone. Oh Yeah, what did you eat when you got home?
